Qualifications/minimum requirements include:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Three years experience in high volume 911 system and/or critical care setting
• Paramedic certification in the state served by the assigned flight program
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS,
• NRP within six months of hire
• TNATC within one year of hire
• FP-C within 18 months of hire
• Previous flight experience preferred.
• Experience in delivering medical care pre-hospital preferred
• Instructor certification preferred (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP)

Must be able to work holidays and approx. 20 hours/month
