As I assist Executive Air Taxi and Med Trans in the development of comprehensive risk management systems, I am impressed often by the quality of the people on your team. I am certain that you are justifiably proud of what they have accomplished in support of your vision.

In particular, I want to recognize all the professionals at Med Trans Corporation. Organizational safety is defined most appropriately in terms of the system that supports the intent of top management. In other words, no organization (aviation or otherwise) can be consistently safe unless top management is truly dedicated to safety as a number one priority. The Med Trans helicopter programs, under your leadership, demonstrate a 100% dedication to inflight and ground safety.

The Med Trans approach to training is most impressive. The pilots are immersed in a continuous program of procedural and performance evaluation. This program is triple-tiered and, outside the United States military it is extremely rare. I am well aware that your program is expensive to administer but I also know that it will continue to provide you and your entire organization with a deep sense of pride. Congratulations on the creation of a safe helicopter EMS program.
