

Med-Trans is happy to announce Deborah Norton has accepted the position of Director of Human Resources. Ms. Norton is a proven professional with more than 15 years of international business experience in operations, management, and staff positions with Fortune 500 companies.
Deborah joins us from Texas Instruments where she has been employed for the past decade. She held the position of Worldwide Director of Human Resources, overseeing human resources solutions for more than 18,000 employees. She brings to us extensive knowledge of human resource strategies with special expertise in the design, development and implementation of organization and leadership development initiatives.

"She has vast knowledge and expertise in the field of human resources and will be an immediate asset to our company. Ms. Norton has three decades of experience in the human resources management field. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas (Magna Cum Laude) and her masters' degree from Texas Women's University. She has spoken professionally at various human resource conferences on topics such as, "Competency Modeling in Succession Planning and Creating a Flexible Workforce."
She has held various professional positions such as; Chairperson, Dallas HR Speakers' Bureau & Speakers Bureau Committee, Member of the SHRM National Committee on Workforce Readiness, to name a few. Deborah will begin her new role within our organization on Monday, January 15, so please join us in welcoming Deborah to our Med-Trans family!
